- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very dissatisfied and will not return. Would not recommend this dentist for anyone! I called 2 wks ago to schedule an appointment for initial exam, cleaning and check on chipped tooth, as a new patient. They asked for my insurance information on the phone when making the appointment. When I got there it took them 20 min to find my insurance provider...this should have been done prior to my arrival and they only scheduled the apt for a chipped tooth visit only! I didn't figure this out until the appointment was over an hr later. It took the dentist an hr to look at 2 x-rays if my teeth! Well half hr for the first and half hr for the second. I thought this was ridiculous! The dentist had horrible bed side manner, he didn't introduce himself and lectured me about how my insurence wouldn't cover the cost for repair (that's a hole other story) and told me it was all my fault and that I grind my teeth in my sleep (what?!). The dental hygienist asked questions about the chipped tooth and then when relaying the info to the dentist was telling him stuff I didn't say. Then was snotty and said I told her those things...I'm not sure when it became okay to be disrespectful to the customer. While waiting for the dentist there were 2 dh in the hall gossiping about their boss and changes to things for the new year and I could hear it all, very unprofessional in my mind. This does not even scratch the surface on how aggravated I was! All and all very dissatisfied and will not return. Would not recommend this dentist for anyone!May 09, 2017by Sarah Saunders
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dental care associates have been wonderful for me. They are very easy to schedule appointments and if you need to get in right away they are usually able to get you in that day. The orthodontist department is also wonderful. As an adult having braces for the 2nd time they quoted me at a price that I could not beat.
